Why We Exist
The decision makers in our industry remain predominantly male. Which normally makes their friends, their network and their freelance pool, predominantly male. It's a cycle that rewards the same few and ignores the rest.
Shelance was born with the aim of becoming an inventory of top freelance female creatives across the globe. The goal is simply to bring more exposure and visibility to females in the industry and in turn connect more women with work.
